We believe in straightforward pricing that allows you to pay for the resources you use. Our pricing structure is designed to accommodate your needs with transparency and ease.
zCloud Units: Building Blocks of Pricing
Each zCloud Unit consists of 0.5 zCPU and 0.5GB of Memory RAM, offering you a balanced and efficient configuration.
We charge a fixed amount per zCloud Unit. Please note that under certain circumstances, there might be variations in the proportion of Memory and CPU. In such cases, we'll opt for the ratio that results in more zCloud Units.

Network
We do not charge extra fees for network traffic in our supported regions. You can transfer data in and out of your applications without incurring additional costs.
However, in some regions our providers charge high fees for outgoing data. In those cases, we have to set an upper limit on the amount of outbound data we can include at no extra charge.
This generous policy means most applications can operate without concerns about network transfer fees.

Disk Storage
We don't charge disk sizes up to 10 GB in databases using 6 zClouds or more. For databases using less than 6 zClouds, contact us.
Backups
We store backups up to 7 days for free. With a cap limit of 30 GB. If you need more than 30 GBs of backups or keep they alive for longer than 7 days, contact us.
Consolidating Resources
When you operate multiple containers (for apps) or replicas (for databases), the zCloud Units are cumulative, providing you with a unified overview of your resource usage.
Savings Plans
Take advantage of our Savings Plans to save on the Direct plan. By paying upfront for either a month or a year, you can benefit from our discounted rates:
- Approx. 13.33% discount per zCloud Unit when you pay monthly upfront.
- Approx. 6.67% discount per zCloud Unit when you pay annually upfront.
The Savings Plan discounts are applied as a percentage off your total monthly usage charge, after your resource usage has been calculated. This ensures the pricing remains accurate, transparent, and easy to understand.
