What's Involved?
The verification process is simple. After signing up, you'll be prompted to provide some basic information about your business. You can also schedule a call with us through this link or reach out to us at support@zcloud.ws for account verification.
Information We Request
We ask for the following information:
- Your personal LinkedIn profile link
- Your company or personal website
- A short description of your business and how you plan to use Quave Cloud
- How you found out about us
Business Description
When describing your business, please include:
- The nature of your business
- The type of applications you intend to deploy
- Any specific resource requirements (if known)
- Any special needs or security concerns you may have
This information helps us understand your needs better and allows us to provide the most suitable support and infrastructure for your projects.
Links and Resources
Providing your LinkedIn profile and website helps us get to know you and your business better. This is especially helpful if we haven't had prior contact with you or your team.
How You Found Us
We're also interested in knowing how you discovered Quave Cloud. This helps us understand which of our outreach efforts are most effective.

Limits
We initiate this initial conversation to establish your Quave Cloud account limits. These limits are crucial to ensure we can provide the necessary resources while avoiding over-provisioning our regional resources.
In this context, it's vital that you communicate any anticipated limit increases in advance. We recommend requesting changes at least 5 working days before you require them.
Please note that if you can't predict future demands with this lead time, we will make every effort to accommodate your request promptly. However, the 5-day notice allows us sufficient time to prepare and make any necessary infrastructure adjustments.
